Awareness Programme on Women’s Heart Care

Inner Wheel Club of Mitra Tinsukia organized an awareness programme on women’s heart care in association with Heart Care Society of Assam,Tinsukia chapter and Women’s College,Tinsukia.
Renowned cardiologist Dr Nirmal Kanti Bhattacharjee graced the programme as chief guest.Dr.Bhattacharjee talked about women’s heart related diseases and how to take precautions .He discussed about some major problems of women’s and how to protect women’s heart by following good lifestyle,good habits and taking good food. He also said that yoga,meditation can help us to live a healthy life .
President and Secretary of Heart Care Society Tinsukia Chapter and other members of Heart Care Society and IWC Mitra,TINSUKIA were present there and took part in the discussion.
Tea and snacks were distributed by IWC Mitra,Tinsukia Heart Care Society, Tinsukia and Women’s College.
