Manisha Garg Amount Spent: 1,40,000 Asthgandham,” the fragrance of life”was the theme of the 8th installation ceremony of the Inner Wheel Club of Siliguri Uttorayon . It was a rich event with DC Kakoli Chowdhury as the chief guest . Being Doctors day a neonate ( Plastic surgery of 9 days old girl child accidently burned) was successfully undertaken by Dr Neela Bhattacharya a member of the club and a renowned plastic surgeon. The entire medical expenses for the same was sponsored by the wonderful ladies of IWC Uttorayon! More strength to us! May we continue to spread the Asthgangham, far and wide all through the year.
