Description-A continuous joint Project of IWC DULIAJAN and Rotary Club of Duliajan.
Today we distributed Certificates to the vocational students for completing 8 months course of cutting tailoring and embroidery .They expressed their view about how They benefitted from this course.Some of the ladies has already started earning by doing tailoring and cutting. In this way we empowered underprivileged women.
