Inner wheel Women’s Cricket Tournament

Innerwheel Club DIMAPUR Organised a Inner wheel Women’s Cricket Tournament on 23rd April 2022, which had 4 Teams participating ,
4 Teams are
1) Agroha Nari Shakti
2) JCI iconiics
3) Bengal Tigress
4) Timber Wolves
This is the 2nd Year in a row ,this type of Tournament organised by IWC ,The Programme was graced by Chief Guest ADCP Tiamenla Phom. The opening ceremony was held on 23/04/2022 , she appreciated the effort of Inner Wheelers for this initiative. in her speech highlighted that, sports is very important for recreation and health and said that ‘healthy mind resides in a healthy body’.And she said that, in a match there should never be hard feeling about winning or losing. IWC, President IW Mamta bucha in her Welcome speech mentioned about the social and charitable works of Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur. She also encouraged the lady players for their sportsmanship and confidence.
Project Chairman Pinky Agarwal in her speech presented the rules and regulations and also all necessary details of the events including the motto behind its conducting.
The Tournament continued till 24/4/2022 The closing ceremony ended with the vote of thanks by Club Secretary Nidhi Modi, then the Winner Team and the Runner up was awarded with the trophies. Many more awards were given to the deserving players. The Tournament ended with a happy note and cheerful disposition of every participant.
