Project Description : We installed 4 Cloth Bag Vending Machines at 4 different locations so as to eradicate the use of plastic bags in and around the vegetable markets and other shops and use cloth bags instead to have a pollution free environment which is safer.
These vending machines operate as we insert a 10 rupee coin ,a bag comes out from the machine in which the customer can carry their purchases easily. The cloth bag is eco- friendly.
The machine was installed and inaugurated by Ward Councillor Manjushree Pal and by Mayor Gautam Dhar ji.
In this way we can help in eradicating plastic to a great extent and have a pollution free environment.
