The International Day of Happiness promotes happiness as a universal human right and also emphasizes how important happiness is to humanity.Focussing as a Universal human right,The Inner Wheel Club of Dibrugarh donated one double seated Swing to the children coming from the poor economic background,and they will gather some special moments by playing with the friends.
International Day of Happiness was invented by Jayme Illien in 2011.
