Innerwheel Club of Durgapur under the able leadership and guidance of president Mrs. Manju Chandak, along with PDC Mausumi Chatterjee and other members of the club organised the 1st ever All Women Treasure Hunt Car Rally in Durgapur on the occasion of international Women’s Day -8th March. Along with this they also put banners on the 15 cars participating in the rally for spreading awareness on social evils like drug abuse, no smoking , stop Domestic violence etc. A total of 45 women participated in the treasure hunt car rally and other members and guests were also present. The event was flagged of by chief guest honourable Dr. Chabi Nandi, Councilor Ward 27 Bidhannagar. The cars were flagged of by the chief guest from Durgapur Tennis Club at 10.30am. It was an mega successful event. Appreciated by all. Lots of prizes were distributed to the participants.
