To celebrate the auspicious occasion of Lord Krishna’s birth, the Inner Wheel Club of Siliguri and Orchid Montessori School jointly organized the Janmashtami festival with the students of seven schools along with the children of our adopted happy school at Mittal Garden, Sevoke Road in Siliguri. The colorful cultural program was organized by the children of participating schools. Children were mostly clad in beautiful Radha Krishna attire & they performed very gracefully. 100 Inner Wheel branded school bags with steel tiffin boxes and stationery items were distributed. Food packets were served among the students. 5 sets of badminton rackets with 1set of shuttle cock and Harmonium were also donated to the school authority as per their requirement. We sincerely thank Ward Councillor Shivika Mittal for her gracious presence.
