Oral hygiene is a vital component of the overall health of a person. Many children nowadays are exposed to several tooth diseases and tooth decay is quite common in them.To inculcate habit of good oral health on the occasion of World Health Day today the IWC Gtk ORCHID in association with CRH Manipal Hospital organised a Dental Health Camp at Holy Cross School Of Gangtok..350 students from class 1 to 3 were checked by the able doctors .Cavities was the most common problem detected among the young kids and prescription for prevention was duly given to each student for follow up.
Making the theme “Our Planet -Our Earth” meaningful the project was successfully completed.
