Description: Innerwheel Club of Shillong on account of 78th Independence Day gave 50 raincoats for the traffic policemen’s health and safety during the monsoons. It was handed over to SP Mr Sylvester Nongtnger IPS and Mr Vivek Syiem IPS By Club President Mrs Madhu Bajaj and team members.The raincoats bore the innerwheel logo.
